The Courses
The course programme focuses on developing the four key constituents of language learning: speaking, listening, reading and writing.

The following key areas are covered

• accuracy in the use of grammar and syntax
• active and passive vocabulary development
• effective comprehension and assimilation of a wide variety of authentic written texts including newspaper articles, literary extracts and commercial documents
• development of student's ability to write accurate German prose in a range of styles and registers for personal and business correspondence, reports, creative writing, etc.
• confidence and fluency in the spoken language. Students are trained to communicate effectively in a wide range of everyday situations.
